This letter states that as people slander and ignore the True Buddha's teaching, the Shoten Zenjin (the force of the universe) starve for the taste of the Three Great Secret Laws and lose their power.
As a result, evil spirits rush into the land and cause disasters as follows: Three calamities and seven disasters, Economic collapse, war, and plague. Epidemics, abnormal movement of the stars and planets, sun and moon erosion, unseasonable floods, drought, civil war and invasion from other countries will occur.

Why is the Buddha’s devotion not only recommended for belief by individuals, but also for the Emperor to accept the Three Great Secret Laws on a national level?
The happiness of the individual is based on the nation’s happiness.
In other words, the rise and fall of the nation is deeply related to the happiness or misfortune of all the people.
People are living organisms, whose cells are a part of each and every nation. Therefore, if the country dies, the misery will spread to all the people.
"If a country dies due to invasion and civil war, is there any place for you to survive? When you think about your own safety, you should first pray for the security of the nation."

The Kokuritsu Kaidan*
The ordination platform will be built when all the people in Japan chant Nam Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo (Kosenrufu).
This is the place where The Kaidan no Dai Gohonzon will be enshrined.
*As the declaration of the official proclamation of the nation and imperial edicts is a necessary procedure for the construction of The Honmon no Kaidan, in the Fuji Taisekiji School, it’s simply called
“The Kokuritsu Kaidan” (Kokuritsu=National,
Kaidan=the ordination platform)
"I, Nichiren, have inscribed my soul in ink, believe in it. The Buddha's heart is the Lotus Sutra. Nichiren's soul is nothing other than Nam Myo Ho Ren Gekyo."

Nichiren Daishonin’s ultimate goal is to build the ordination platform – The Honmon no Kaidan, to transform Japan and the entire world into a land of eternal tranquility, and save all humankind, now and in the future.
Ichigoguho fuzoku-sho
(September, 1282)Nichiren Daishonin chose Nikko Shonin from his six disciples to succeed him, and this document was transferred to Nikko Shonin.
It states the “time,” “procedure,” and “place” for The Honmon no Kaidan .

When the sovereign emperor accepts this law,
The Honmon no Kaidan must be established at Mt. Fuji.We must wait for the time to come. This is the true law of precept and above all,

Sandaihiho-sho
When the nation awakens to the right and wrong of religion,
recognizes that the Three Great Secret laws of Nichiren Daishonin is the only law of national security,
the only law of sentient beings,
and protects it, the emperor, the minister,
and all the people of Japan all believed in the Kaidan no Dai Gohonzon,
chant Nam Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo,
and spare their life to protect it in the age of Mappo,
then imperial edicts and an official proclamation will be issued.
The ordination platform will be constructed and the most fitting place will be sought out,
one resembling the pure land of eagle peak.
We must wait for the right time for this.
This is what is meant by the practice of the precept of the Law .
The power of the state makes the people safe on the inside and mercy on the outside for the benefit of other countries.
If the Kokuritsu Kaidan, the ordination platform is built in Japan, this great wave will immediately reach the whole world. And when the time comes for the people of the world to chant Nam Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo toward the Kaidan no Dai Gohonzon, the world will become Buddha land. The three plagues of war, famine, and epidemic disease will disappear from the earth. Everyone will gain unbreakable happiness.
To achieve the testament of Nichiren Daishonin for true peace and happiness
for the people and its lands.
